Returns Policy:

  • Stock items are not typically kept in inventory; hence, there is no provision for returns on such items.
  • Non-stock items that are made to order or bespoke parts are non-returnable.
  • Faulty items may be exchanged, subject to inspection and approval.

Quality Assurance:

It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect all parts supplied within 10 days of delivery for any defects or issues.

Production and Delivery:

Please note that the manufacturing time for parts may vary, with some items taking up to 3 weeks before they are ready to be shipped.

Payment Terms:

Full payment is required before an order is processed and fulfilled.

For certain cases, deposits must be paid on vehicles undergoing work by us.

Vehicle Collection:

Customers are advised to thoroughly inspect vehicles that have been worked on before leaving our premises, as we will not entertain any issues raised after the vehicle has left our care.
