What services does THEOC 4X4 offer?

THEOC 4X4 specialises in bespoke builds and fabrication services for off-road vehicles. Our offerings include axles & suspension upgrades, custom roll cage fabrication, race car preparation, and precision CNC machining.

Can I return items purchased from THEOC 4X4?

Stock items, which are not typically stocked, do not qualify for returns. Non-stock items made to order or bespoke parts are also non-returnable. However, faulty items may be exchanged.

 

How long do I have to check parts for defects after delivery?

Customers are advised to inspect all parts supplied within 10 days of delivery for any defects or issues.

What is the typical turnaround time for parts to be ready for shipping?

Parts may take up to 3 weeks to be manufactured and ready for shipping, as some items require more time than others.

What are the payment terms for orders at THEOC 4X4?

Full payment is required before an order is processed and fulfilled. In certain cases, deposits must be paid on vehicles that are being worked on by us.

What should I do before collecting a vehicle that has been worked on by THEOC 4X4?

Customers should thoroughly inspect vehicles that have been worked on before leaving our premises, as we do not accept any issues raised after the vehicle has left our care.

What equipment does THEOC 4X4 use for precision machining?

THEOC 4X4 utilizes state-of-the-art CNC machinery including a high-powered CNC plasma cutter, a CNC tube notcher named ‘The Dragon’, an NC tube bender, and a CNC 30-ton brake press for accurate and efficient fabrication processes.
